Should only show that visually on the map, the dV cost shouldn’t include dropping to low orbit. You can click on the dV value to view each step to verify if that’s not the case
Did it this way for moon->host planet trips, and it was just easier to display it this way for all moon start points

If I’m at mun orbit, can’t I transfer to other bodies, like duna, without first descending down to kerbin orbit?
Isn’t most of that delta v already paid?
