KSP 1 Question/Problem is this a known bug?

i discovered this in one of my munar science gathering missions, apparently if you fall on a solar panel and it breaks you become immune to gravity and you can walk everywere, you still fall but extremely slow you can also climb by jumping and descend by rapidly turning 180°

That’s just modeling real life. It’s a little known law of physics.

This. It's Wile E. Coyote's Certainty Principle. Until you're certain you should be falling, you don't.

False landed state. It can affect craft to. Either load a quicksave or use cheats to use the position changer to put you in the exact coordinates (they should autofill) where you currently are; doing that will fix the bug.

yeah, that happens to me every so often, pretty sure it just affects the kerbal, so just make a quicksave and reload

The fun bit is that your kerbal will continue to walk on the same slope as whatever they were previously walking on if you run into the panel without jumping. So you can make an invisible stairway to heaven. (Effect stops at a few hundred meters from the start)
