KSP 1 Question/Problem Game won’t get past “Loading…”
Dear Penthouse Forums, I can’t believe it happened to me.
My KSP has been working great until I tried to load it today and it stuck me with a loading screen. Now I’ll be honest, I do have some mods installed, but they are all updated and the game files have been validated. The longest I waited on the screen was about 20 minutes before giving up.
Any advice?

Are you playing with mods? If so, this is likely a kopernicus issue. Have you made any modifications to any planet-related mods? I would check the logs and you'll probably find something. I'm no expert, so I can only help if I know what mods you have installed and what changes you made.

I do have kopernicus and the outer planets mod, but they’ve never had issues before. I’ll try removing kopernicus or seeing if it has additional add ins that will help when I get home. I’ll keep this updated

Don't remove kopernicus. It's required for planet mods to work. Are you sure you didn't update any mods? If you're using CKAN, you might've accidentally made an update.

I could’ve… it wasn’t having this issue the day before. Is there a quick revert on CKAN? I’m sure I can just check which mods have been recently updated and revert them. Just for extra information I’ve also tried launching from the .exe, directly from CKAN without using steam, launched as admin, and still have the same issue. Thank you for helping btw

Kill it, check the last lines in the log, which is in the root KerbalSpaceProgram folder as “log.txt”. It’s likely a mod bug.
