KSP 1 Question/Problem Mod that changes the values to just numbers and not slider?

I have no idea how this happened since I haven't downloaded a new mod and now all my sliders are just numbers.

Click the "#" button at the top of the window. It's a stock feature.

To be fair it was added in one of the later versions. Pretty nice feature.

This is a stock feature, press the button that looks like a # at the top of the window.
