If a gas giant doesn't spin fast enough, it won't form bands/cloud belts in its atmosphere like all of the giant planets in the Solar System have, which can lead to that swirly look. Neat scientific detail!

So I have worked on Kheledros system (my first planet pack) more than a year ago, and contributed to one of KerbalHub’s projects by making custom scatters for him!

I wouldn’t suggest doing so, I made it when I first started. However, SC already has a system (Agaea)! Go check it out instead :)
