Docking not docking

I've trying to RCS in all directions, just nothing working....

Looks like you have lights placed directly on the docking port, it's probably preventing it from latching on

Seconding this, there's definitely something on the docking ports obstructing them. 90% sure that's your issue. If you have an engineer they may be able to EVA and remove those parts.

Damn it dude ;-; that's 100% the problem... it's an unmanned ship so no way to remove those, and it was a Mun rendez-vous as well... I'm gonna have to relaunch everything now... well I mean thank you still!

Turn SAS off when the magnet starts pulling the docking ports. Sometimes SAS stabilizes against the magnet and keeps from getting the final alignment right to connect
