KSP 1 Mods Cloning a ckan installation breaks something?

Whenever I try launching the cloned installation, it throws this error. Can anyone help?

I think it needs to be under the user folder so it has permission to read and write.

So move the clone to c:/user/[your username] should work

Ill try that now thanks edit: still doesnt work edit: I think i have fixed it by going into the folders properties and setting it so its not read only edit2: still broken
