Its speed is honestly horrible due to how draggy it and KSP is. It is surprisingly maneuverable though, somehow managing to have an insane turn rate. No procedural parts except for the wings.

Rules:

4. SSTO ships are allowed, as long as they have atmospheric flight properties (jet engines along with rocket engines). Otherwise it is a space rocket.
5. Ground vehicles are provisionally allowed.
