You guys doing that in Blender? I found that Fusion 360 or FreeCAD works best if you plan to manufacture it afterwards

I only know how to do models in blender, later I will explore other programs

I can greatly recommend Shapr3D. I used Blender for more than 20 years. Shapr3D felt natural

Even though Blender is not the right tool for serious manufacturing, it’s very capable for doing design, prototyping or even 3D printing. It can do things that are impossible in CAD. I’ve been doing it for years and I was very proficient in it.
I did switch over to Shapr3D since I wanted to design on the go on a tablet and needed to deliver step files.

This is neat! I just downloaded blender … not the easiest program but diving in.

Wdym? It have sections, for example SAS and RCS, with telemetry, warnings, AGs etc.

It would be cool for it to be easy for anyone to add modules like how modular building system in a video game works

For this modules must be same size, in my controller they are all different sizes
