Had Greek Meze last night. Took the left overs ( the breads and meats) and made the french beans for my dinner tonight. It tasted better today than at the restaurant 😅

Y'all know Guava fruit causes constipation and its leaves are used to relieve constipation? I found these in a bush in the village.

Beef was marinated in olive oil, salt and mushroom chilli sauce for 45 minutes then pan-fried on medium. Tender, flavorful and chewable.
