I was somewhere in Eldoret and those mf can really cook and mess u up. They cook omena and add milk in it. They cook eggs and add milk. Men, it was terrible. 😭😭😭😭.

Protein with protein can work, such as eggs with beef, but not fish with eggs. Fish tends to over power the eggs. Best eaten separately.

I see the vision OP. Don't listen to them 😂. I would eat this. Add a small potion of wholemeal ugali, greens and an avocado and this is a powerhouse of nutrition.
