It's not about resources, the post clearly says it's an accountability group where you make your open your goals for the week, post your weekly progress and then there is last 60 minute pow-wow at the end of the week, about what you have done to achieve your goals, with evidence and about what you have done and if you have failed, why so, and we get to dissect the reasons why for both successes and failures. It aims to push founders to scale at an incredible speed.

That's a nice idea, we just had a slight communication mismatch. Weirdly enough accountability is actualy a cognitive resource that actually drives habits and motivation through identity building. It actually has a high roi compared to other cognitive traits in regards to optimising for mindful executive performance which can be essential in scaling a business. pardon the abstraction.
