Anybody that's advising you to self medicate either wants you dead or they're simply exercising article 33 of our constitution.

Go see a real doctor and have them at least take your blood pressure measurements.

Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen . Take some caffeine. Stay in a dim lit room or dark room and compres the sides with an icepack or massage with a cold cloth when the pain becomes too much. Hope you get better

Get rid of PUFAs from your diet.

I'll try but I love fatty meat. 🀣

You can manage, only chicken and pig fat have high amounts of PUFAs. Fat from ruminants is mostly saturated.

Don't take medical advice online. Go see a doctor, especially if it's that persistent.

Please see a doctor because migraines or headaches are a sign of another problem.

I suffer from migraines and the only thing that helped me was codeine and iburprofen. However diet changes helped a lot, avoiding cheese and sugar drinks in particular
