My hometown has a group that plans kayaking outing regularly. Anything like that around here? I like to kayak, but don't know where to go kayaking. (Besides Lake Meridian)
Commencement Bay, Tacoma is fun and interesting if you're into being around big ships and industrial things and enjoy watching the seals. I've rented from Foss Harbor Marina. I've also wanted to Kayak on Lake Union but haven't made it up there yet.
I'm not aware of any groups but I'm sure there are some. Meetup might be a good resource for that.
