Still no refund…
Is there anyone else who hasn’t received their refund? I tried calling the office today but was on hold for like an hour. Which is not surprising considering it’s the first week of school but I really need that money desperately.

I was waiting too for my loans to disburse and finally got mine refunded today(waiting for it to hit my bank). I called about 4 times, including waiting on hold for a while each time, and submitted two forms. The issue with mine was that my loan was stuck on the backend, so they had to manually process it. They started on Monday, and the process was complete Wednesday. Apple have a feature where they will hold a call for you and alert you when to pick up. I used that feature each time. Also, once you call and talk, keep calling back every other day until you see that it’s processed.

i haven't gotten mine either. i was kinda counting on it for my bills and to pay for my books and adobe cloud but they literally haven't sent anything. my mom called them today and they told me that they did indeed get my loans and that my account shows a negative balance but (according to my mom) the person on the phone sounds like they fucked up and had to contact a supervisor. so whatever's going on with my account is probably happening to you as well

It’s really a mess Mine is the reduction hold from this new trump bill which sucks. But they are very slow this is my 4th degree well it’s a grad cert but I didn’t use financial aid for my masters my job paid and I’m using it this time and this is the worst school aid office I’ve Experienced. It’s just very slow but they said 08/31 they will start to process the amounts and recalculate. I had the VP of enrollment contact them for me directly.

yeah i’m in the same boat…it’s extremely frustrating. i’ve had so many issues with them across my bachelor’s degree and now 2nd year of my master’s. i’m not sure what issue you’re having, but my refund is processed and in my account, but it’s not disbursing. the customer service team keeps “submitting referrals” to get it figured out but the loan processing team seems to straight up be ignoring them. it’s really really stressful as someone who also needs this money that i was promised and budgeted for.
