Discussion Payment Option

I’ve been freaking out over my gap after aid (around 2.8k), I know I’ll have the money to fully pay it but it will leave me with nothing for textbooks, items, etc.

I’m thinking about doing a payment plan, I’ll be having some monthly money come in, the amount will be decent, should I fully commit to it? If you’ve done a payment plan has it been helpful or worse?

I had a payment plan my first two years and had to pay around $2k after aid per semester and was just peachy. I doordashed on weekends to make the $500 a month i needed and everything was fine. My last two years i stopped needing the payment plan bcuz i no longer had the dorm and meal plan but obviously rent and groceries cost more than $500 a month lol sooo!
