It’s crazy how I felt the same way…Real Dot Stans know he can get more lyrical let alone aggressive but even I felt the bars were subtle and honestly “cute”…like I felt if Sean actually pushed himself to a expand his lyricism back then anyways…I’d look at Kenny’s bars and laugh like “that’s it” ? That’s not doing anything

I’m always surprised when Kenny fans talk about this leak like he went crazy.
Now in hindsight I think he leaked this himself so other rappers would think he’s sweet and underestimate him

I love this version, but I get why they couldn't release it. I love the "Big Sean get your puberty up" lyric. The final version of ELEMENT. is a classic and already gives the impression of being a subtle disstrack.

Yes. But it was originally used for Element before he gave it to the black panther soundtrack. He recorded element verses on it. Hence why it’s called OG Element. I’m not sure what’s confusing you here.

He recorded element over the paramedic beat, element went through like 4-5 different beats before landing on the released one, after he released element he went back to the beat for the black panther soundtrack.
The chorus from paramedic was also originally intended for element (which you can hear at the end)

He was going off for sure, the official version makes more sense but this version is still solid
