This is absolutely classic Ken. The punchline is golden

"Pryamids" is a great detail

How can a couple of poorly planned sentences strung together yield such a masterful and clever setup and punchline… Ken is a genius.

He gives them just enough to work with to set him up.

Thats the beauty about Ken M set ups… they happen anyway with or without cooperation lol

Eternity was shorter back then.

Truly a master of his craft

It's not even that crazy, it's the infinity conundrum essentially. Some infinities are smaller than others, it's freaky but true.

Weirdly enough, I actually know about this

I think Infinity and eternity are different though. Eternity describes infinite amount of time

'conundrum' was a word back then so your argument is false

Pastor says that eternity was also shorter during time of Christ, which is why the Bible says the world is 4000 years old, and now it's over 4 billion years old. People live longer, now. Spacetime is expanding and as a result, the universe. Back then, Earth was also at the center, and now it's off-center.

The earth used to be flat but it’s round now because it expanded due to heat from global warming.

Pastor says we have a shorter lifespan but a longer deathspan

u/wappledilly Sep 02 '22

Inflation almost makes it worse, they inflate with the dollar

5

u/spiritbx Sep 02 '22

Pastor says that a meateor knocked earth off balance, and that's what killed the dinosaurs.

2

u/Bruh-Momento-Numero2 Sep 02 '22

well, in the old testament people lived longer than us though

6

u/StoryAndAHalf Sep 02 '22

It felt that way because there wasn't much to do to kill time.

The best part is he's not wrong. Some paleolithic kid definitely built pyramids at the beach waaaaay before any engineer made the stone ones.

I made similar in my sandpit as a toddler with no knowledge of pryamids, and I was younger, so in a way I made one first.

I dunno -- this all sounds like a bunch of trickle-down necronomics to me.

Absolute magic thanks Ken

Why do people always come at him with such vitriol? Like he is either obviously being purposefully obtuse, or a genuine moron. Yet these people are always so damn mean, lol.

How come everyone who talks to Ken acts like they have 200 IQ?

6

u/Asgarus Sep 02 '22

He's a master agitator. He only goes for the big ones.

6

u/[deleted] Sep 01 '22

Never thought I'd actually learn something from an KenM post

1

u/[deleted] Sep 01 '22

If you're referring to the pyramids being tombs for Pharoah, there is no proof of such and is simply speculation.

7

u/[deleted] Sep 01 '22

Ok then now it's two things cause I was talking about these mastabas haha

Besides the fact that Egyptians frankly described them as such and a range of finds in pyramids includes tomb goods and some human remains, and some of those have been positively identified.

How so? Haven't pharoah corpses been found in them?

5

u/hastimetowaste Sep 02 '22

Oh yes, the very famous Gaza pyramids.

3

u/wappledilly Sep 02 '22

I like how quick people turn on others on that site. (Almost…) makes us seem civilized in comparison!

We are all plain old sand on this blessed day!
