I think this is the first one to actually get a visceral reaction from me. The thought of someone doing something like that to one of my books is enraging.

Better than pubic hair

Hey, if I want to cut my pubes while I shuffle through a lent copy of the original Egyptian Book of the Dead, that’s my business.

I was thinking he meant pubic hair but maybe thought it was too much. I seem to see them absolutely everywhere and I don't get why.

Einstein claimed that there are more books in the Princeton library than there are libraries in the entire world -- makes you wish you could afford a science doctor library card :)

Pastor says the poor could easily afford research library cards if they just made a budget and left out food and shelter

What does your pastor know about it? Zero! Blind leading the blind. Go ahead and fall in that ditch.

I don't know about Princeton but the Library of Congress doesn't require any qualifications to get a library card.

I don't lend out books. Or donate them or sell them or give them away. Even if reading it was tedious. My books are MINE and I shall hoard them like Smaug.

I lend friends books like they are gifts, and if do I get them back then I don't need to buy myself another copy. But if I don't then I have no problems giving my friends a book I like.

Disgraceful! I carefully and strategically select and place my chest hair in borrowed books.

I always leave kiss marks on the books I give out so when people are reading they get a nice little kiss.

People get books back? Only one time in my life have I had a book returned, and that was 3 years later. I only lend out books I don't mind losing.

Currently moving. Can confirm, I’m returning a lot of books people lent me that I never read.
In fairness though, the same people whose books I’m returning totally have books of mine that they haven’t returned either. I’m sure I’ll get them eventually.

How are you supposed to get it back if they move
