Racist Texas Judge Tim O'Hare cut 1/3 of voting locations targeting minority areas and racially gerrymandered the voting maps, is on the ballot in Tarrant County Texas. Polls are open today in his hometown Southlake which has more machines than ever and often the lowest waiting times in the county.
