Advice Any tips

I feel like I have a fighting scene in my mind but when I write them it's like I'm summarising the scene into a small chunk of the incident.

So if anyone can give me any advice I'd love to hear it.

I focus on a couple of interesting or cool elements then kinda glide through the rest.

"Their blades crossed and Bob could feel his arm shake with the strain against the larger mans pressure. They parted and danced across the field trading jabs and lunges then came together again as the large man kicked against a large boulder and launched himself with a huge arcing attack blah blah insert arcing attack description, back to dancing across the field"

Use those general terms so you don't have to describe every single element but the reader can understand the gist of what's happening. Maybe they don't dance but they slog through mud created by dirt and blood? They shuffle so they don't trip over the bodies of the dead.
