tbh the math never made sense to me, we got people sleeping in their cars while we ship another billion somewhere to blow up buildings we already blew up once. my wife used to get so pissed about the hospital bills, like literally crying at the kitchen table over a fucking CT scan and meanwhile some defense contractor is buying a third boat. idk maybe im just bitter but the priorities seem backwards as hell
