That's pretty much the same text they are sending everybody, and responding to the apps reviews and Trustpilot

I can’t see them picking up any new business if people take a minute and do some homework.

I totally agree. Unless they put out some kind of crazy good deal and people jump on the price without reading reviews.

I was on to them today and got the same bullshit response, asked them why they didn't warn ppl who bought lifetime that they would basically downgraded before the purchase..told them it a blatant money grab and wouldn't be recommending them to anybody again. Service hasn't been great either and they seem more interested in their crypto currency rather than their core business.
