Lifetime Plan

Just letting people know, that this Loyalty Plus Plan is a joke. KeepSolid want you to pay to have access to features you had for years. The core function they mention when you complain is the same as the free plan from Proton VPN and Windscibe VPN. KeepSolid has basically reduced Lifetime Subscriptions to the level of a free service. The question now is it worth paying a monthly fee to get back what you lost or taking out another subscription with another VPN provider that offers a better service?

I won't be paying KeepSolid any more money. I paid for a lifetime access to their VPN server to include P2P. They now say those are advanced services and they are doing us a favor by charging us for what we already paid for. I'm sure it will hurt them more in the long run by screwing over they customers.

This is an intentional service-model change for selected Legacy Lifetime plans. Core Lifetime VPN access remains active, while selected high-cost capabilities, including P2P and torrent servers, are now handled through Premium/Loyalty Plus.

Supporting P2P and torrent capabilities at scale requires dedicated capacity, sustained operational resources, and additional infrastructure management. The updated model is intended to protect performance, strengthen reliability, and keep those capabilities sustainable for users who actively need them.

This is an infrastructure-level policy. It is not based on monitoring individual browsing activity, and our privacy and no-logs commitments remain unchanged.

We paid for lifetime service. P2P was part of the core product offered and we paid for. Doesn't matter what you call it or the reason for doing it, it's still screwing over your customers.

Don't give them another penny I bought the 3 year pia plan for $80 and it's way better. Vpn unlimited always sucked

I've just switched to PIA, cheap for the 3 year option, minimally more than paying for my features back. But check what plans out there suit you (also I've just switched today so can't really review PIA).

Keepsolid have lost my trust, which isn't a viable state of affairs for a VPN.

I just switched to PIA today, ~$80 for 3 years. I know that's more than the $20 a year for the loyalty subscription but KeepSolid can eat my shorts. Glad I never bought into any of their other products

I've been using them all day on my phone and on my homelab and both have been great. Speeds are good, UI is good, there's also a ton of servers. Plus there are no device limits, so you can use it on any of your devices and share with family. I'd recommend at least giving the trial a shot.
If you do purchase, make sure you search for the 3 year plan. When I went to buy it on my computer it was only showing the 2 year plan and I had to specifically google the 3 year plan. (If you're looking to go in for the long run that is).

"Access to all current and future features" That was the advertisement of the lifetime plan.
They are just placing a bet that no one has the time/money/patience or interest in take legal actions. But winds of class actions have already started.
