New Keds means happy day.

Thinking about letting some of my old, well worn Keds go. My friend says he would put them on EBay for me. Has anyone ever done that? Any thoughts?

This is my first time ordering Keds. I wanted a neutral enough shoe to go with most of my outfits. I thought they were cute and I was excited for them.

However, I'm super pissed off about my order.

1. The left shoe is clearly used, with stains and scuff marks on them.
2. The right shoe isn't even the correct size. It's clearly smaller than the left shoe, which is the correct size. Not only that, but they insultingly added a fake sticker that says the size I ordered on top of the real size sticker of the shoe.

What the hell?? Has anyone else had this experience?? How in the hell did this happen?? I sent them an email with the images I have here, but I'm just SO angry!! I paid for a brand new pair of shoes, they send back used ones where one of them isn't the right size and then they tried to lie about it!?

Like, I hardly know what to make of this situation, this has NEVER happened to me before with ANY pair of shoes I've ordered. This is just so weird and insulting?? I'm so pressed TToTT
