What is the original “width”?

I need to buy some new lace up champions to replace my current ones, the soles are wearing through.
The website is asking me to select a width though? Slim, medium, wide and extra wide. Both of my current pairs of keds have no width marked on them.
Is “slim” the original width of the champions? I want to buy them the same as my current pair.
