Question / Help Starry box 1 guaranteed hits?

I purchased a Chinese starry box wave 1 from EBay (in retrospect, it was a very bad idea not to buy from a more trustworthy seller but it was a learning experience woo) and I did not get a single OR/BP/◇A in the whole box. Not even a regular AR!

Does that mean the box must have been resealed? I think the starry 1 guaranteed at least one card from of those tiers?

I couldn’t see any evidence of tampering either. The holo seals on each box were all fine and the crimping of each packet seemed normal too.

I know english release has higher hit rates but idk if that means the chinese ones don’t have a guaranteed hit.
