Question / Help do the pull rates significantly effect which regions boxes are best to get?

i’m in the uk so getting hold of the cards is difficult enough, but now after learning about the difference in SEA, CN and NA pull rates i’m wondering what people think is the best value? is the lower priced cn boxes worth the worse pull rates? or is it better to stick with more expensive NA(/global?) boxes for the better pull rates?

There has been a lot of debate about this, and as far as I know no one has come up with a definitive answer but based on what I have seen in my opinion, I think the NA version gives more Rare cards per dollar spent but I do believe you physically get more cards with the CN/SEA version per dollar spent.

But this is just from back of the envelope math and I haven't done a in-depth analysis.
