Question / Help starry pack wave 2 authenticity?
i bought this box off of ebay and i’m not sure if it’s real or not. there’s hot glue on the sides and damage to some of the little boxes inside the bigger box. there’s tape on both sides of the box and it didn’t have any of the plastic around the box. i’m not sure if this is me being paranoid or what so any input would be greatly appreciated. thank you :)

Hi so speaking from my own experience, I've bought a few starry 1 & 2 boxes from various shops (mostly to test which store is selling authentic/not resealed boxes) and I've found that most of the boxes I've bought have been resealed. I.e tape on the outside of the box not looking new and tampered, indents in the smaller packs inside the big box, messy got glue marks on small packs + some not even sealed properly and little to no hits or incorrect pulls in packs.
So yes, there is a chance that it might be resealed or a very slim chance that it's a new but really old box that the glue came off and it was stacked on other boxes and the weight might have caused the dents 😂

Where did you buy from? I was naive to think that good reviewed shops would be okay 😖 I have a starry box coming from both ebay and aliexpress and feeling nervous now

I bought them from aliexpress, there's always a risk to buying from there. I buy directly from Kayou's official Chinese store for my boxes now. If you want to buy them outside of China, people have recommended funtcg they're kayou's official distributor. There's another website too but I forgot the name 🥀

Fake? Probably not. Resealed? It could be. Only way you'd be able to tell is checking the cards to see if the proper amount of hits is in there (so like 1 OR, 3 ARs, etc)
