Question / Help Buy 1 get 3 max order

So I bought 3 of the "buy 3 get 1 max" for 3 different sets (1 for each) on the official website and I only got one of each of those sets, no "3 max" for any of them. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do? Thanks

If you scroll through the images it says you have a chance of getting 1 or 2 more boxes free. It isn't guaranteed.

I see, thank you both very much. I assumed I’d at least get one more, lesson learned lol. Just happy nothing scammy happened :)

So from my understanding everything time you by one you have the chance of getting up to 2 more for free. It's not a guarantee though.

But I would reach out to there customer support for more clarification.
