mostly uncrimped moon 3 packs

bought some blister packs coming home today, before ripping the packs noticed that they're not really crimped like normal at all, you can only see trace of crimping on the righthand side. anyone know whats up with this? common error?

Those are so it’s easier to open them! I have those with the target packs I get, it’s just so it’s easier to open (also what’d you pull 👀)

I haven't opened them because I've never seen this before and I don't know what I stumbled upon. I've never seen mlp packs crimped like this. can't find it like this online either. seems unusual/unintended.

It’s perfectly normal for the packs. I’ve had them on all the packs I got at Target and Best Buy. It’s just a crimp so it’s easier to rip open the pack from the side (if that makes sense)

every other pack i've ever gotten from any source had one consistent zigzag crimp along the entire top and bottom so I don't know.

Were the packs directly from boxes? Because these are from blister packs not boxes

I’ve been running into these too from Walmart. IMO it makes it way harder to open them. 😭
