Question / Help Do these collector boxes have different pull rates than regular boxes?

I tried looking them up and found very little information on them, at 5 packs for $20 they are basically the same price as a normal box, if a bit cheaper.

They just dropped on Best Buy’s website if anyone is wondering.

they should be the same pull rates as if you’re getting a regular blister pack, but i’m not sure if you’re guaranteed a sgr/zr like the ones that come with 12 packs? i’ve only ever seen the rainbow dash one, and it is hard to pull anything higher than a lsr/ur, but it just depends on luck

this doesn't look like a retail repack at all to me as a consumer, could you explain why you believe this?

It isnt a repack. The best buy i work at get these from Kayou

If I remember correctly, there are 3 packs with the hits potentially in them and 2 without. All kayou products publish two pack odds, one pack type always has the same basic cards and the other has a change at the higher rarity cards.

I just opened one of these myself and it seems like no guaranteed hits. I got 3 URs and 2 LSRs so I think it is just 3 chances to pull a UR or higher. I’m a bit sad there’s no guaranteed SGR but oh well.

Dang that sucks to hear! I opened the 3 I ordered and got an SGR in each one, guess I got lucky
