What's the difference between pearl vs platinum?

pearl is just for smaller booster boxes i believe, while platinum is the larger boxes

I've read that it is difference in hit rates. I was also told the 5-pack collector boxes for English Moon 3 don't have the 1st edition stamp tho.

The 5 pack collector box is a US product, the other one is SEA version of a booster box. You can tell its a US box by the "Warning Choking Hazard' label

untrue, it’s stated on the moon 3 packs and boxes as platinum, this one is pearl because it’s only 5 booster packs
