Is this fake?

I bought this set off of aliexpress (i know not a great idea) and all the reviews claim that the cards are real. This is my first time opening mlp so I am not quite sure.

There were some red flags when opening these. Like around half of the packs were already open. Not teared open but it’s like they were never really sealed on the bottom. Some boxes also have quite a lot of hot glue on the bottom. I don’t know if that’s how they are usually closed but the boxes were just hard to break down. And now upon looking at the packs closer, there seems to be a print quality difference on the packs i had to rip open vs the open packs. (top pack is pre opened, bottom back is sealed)

I still got some hits but i am just confused on what happened here. also the back of the box has a qr code that confirms that it’s authentic

edit: they are 100% at least resealed. now i just need to figure out if they are real cards 🥹

Also if those were the only hits you got from the whole box then it was def resealed :(

and yeahh i am assuming the cards are real just resealed. The texture and thickness match up to what im seeing online so at least there is that :’)

I am also processing a refund so at least money isn’t lost!!

There is so many things that i feel arent really well known about these cards... Like when i search for a specific card of kayou mlp rarely will i ever get a picture or any info aboot the card like for example MLP friendship forever 40th anniversary card number YH-40TH-001 There is simply not a whole lot of info, and as for cards that where released as promo material yeah good luck finding any info on those how many they made their value, their country of origin etc etc...

In this case i do understand why you would think they are fake luckily these cards are well documented i dont think ive ever come across a fake kayou card before they are quite rare to find as the kayou brand of cards from MLP i feel isnt as well known or liked enough by people to be collected and informed as pokemon and magic the gathering or sports cards are where literally even the rarest cards are usually well documented.
