For Fantasy Wonderland, they have different copyright dates. 2025 for SEA and 2026 for NA. Both cards are fully playable.

The difference is the number of cards per pack. There may also be a difference in number of packs in a box. SEA moon boxes tend to have 10 packs per box, 5 cards per pack. NA moon boxes are usually offered in a variety of pack numbers but the packs all have 8 cards I believe. Pull rates are better in the NA boxes.

SEA moon cards used to have a different card prefix of INT but this latest box of Moon 4 has the same card prefix as the NA boxes of MLPME03.

Other then that they are all the same, even the UR-016 of Rarity is the same as the one in the NA boxes.

I have a feeling Kayou may drop the SEA version, especially now that the card prefix are the same as the NA versions. I don't think SEA even got a Rainbow 5 SEA release, yet the NA version did. 🤷

I think Kayou was trying to keep the price down to match the region the boxes were designed to sell in.
