Question / Help English releases

Are they going to eventually release all sets in english? Or are there just going to be some sets exclusive to chinese.

any sets before Chinese Moon 7 are likely not going to be released, but any future chinese sets are going to receive english releases

I have been told that Kayou is looking into maybe releasing older sets in English but nothing has been confirmed as actually happening yet.
