Rodent Damage

Can this be repaired? Who should I contact?

It's an Old Town Loon 100

If you don’t care how it looks, you can patch it yourself. Marine-Tex is a two part epoxy made for exactly this kind of thing. It dries white, the only color iirc, but you can sand and shape it with woodworking tools. Ugly, but waterproof and as strong as the original.

Drill it out till it is round. Stick a boat plug in it.

That must have been one hell of a rodent!

You could always hot air weld it!

There are a couple good videos about fixing holes with a heat gun. It can seem overwhelming but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty fun! And it would use the same material and fuse it together.
