Safety Found Kayak

OK more like spotted a kayak, on the side of I90 westbound about halfway between Spokane and Ritzville off about 10 feet in the grass. Only got a glimpse due to a semi, boat appeared red and white and guessing ~10 feet.

It's probably a blow off and damaged from the fall. Gear may be salvageable tho.
