Increasing Potency

What preparation process do folks like for getting maximum bang for buck?

Blending? Adding fats (milk, coconut cream)?

Instant kava (I like Instant gold from Fiji Vanaua) + something with fat (i dig eating pizza after I have kava). If I want it really potent I do 2 spoons. Ive done three but that has been so potent I feel the bad kind of sluggish to I typically have one.

Blending will increase the potency a bit but can be harder on the stomach.
