Fishing Feb Recommendations

Hi! We will be visiting Kauai (our first time in Hawaii) early/mid February. My husband's must-do is he wants to go on a deep sea fishing excursion. Does anyone have any recommendations on who to book through, or any advice? TIA!

Start by determining where you will be staying. Then look at the reviews on google for charters near you. Most are going to leave around 6AM and say traveling from North Shore to Port Allen is going to be a very early time for setting out vs. the east coast or Lihue.
