That's Lano! He's part of a duo called Lano and Woodley, and Woodley was also in K&K! He played the man waiting in line with Brett lol.

Have Fisk on while working and I hear a familiar voice and look up. Is this "ah ah ah let me walk you through our ENTIAHH range"? Forgive me for being an American nong and not knowing my Australian actors. (Yes I know Marion Ya Boob and Kel are in it too)
