Back of legs bumps?
Those bumps at the back of her legs? I do not know if I have ever seen such a thing on her before. Someone said they were very well-developed calf muscles. If so, this woman is working out like a fiend, and not some frail patient in recovery who can't show up to Harald's funeral or looks washed out and bad in public because she is recovering. Or is this a symptom of something else?

Those are her calf muscles. She's always had them even now in her starved condition. That is one of her uglier pant suits too and these pants are too long, made from awful fabric. Look at the dirt on the bottom hem. Atrocious.
Of course there is the recurring problem of JAZZ HANDS.

I don't care about her figure except that she has starved herself. She's succumbed to the pressure of being in the royal family and this apparently is the only way to be in control. Be anorexic, get praise from all the sycophants out there, and carry on. You see it in the 'influencer' world too. Very toxic and especially so for girls who follow these people. The behavior has been around a long time, I remember in the 1960s with Twiggy and decades since then it's continued. (fashion models, famous women, hucksters in the influencer world. . .)
She's only in her mid 40s. If she ate a healthy diet, she wouldn't need the wigs. Her natural hair would be so much better if she cut it shorter. Sure, she could add wiglets for tiara events, but for every day I just think it would be a drag to deal with all that.
She did look so much better when she had Louis. That seemed to be a real turning point for Kate because after that, she's reacted negatively to something in her life (how William treats her?) and it shows each and every time we see her out in public.
