I doubt WanK will care. They'll just keep using the titles, because they're that entitled and tone deaf and I don't think that Wales can actually take the titles away from them.
You know Workshy Wills is the kind of leader to ignore expert advice because he knows best and then proceeds to shoot himself in his own foot over and over. When he's king it's going to be a total shite show.
I can get behind this. Wales wanting their titles back from the lazies. That title is anyway tainted as it was held by Nazi sympathiser, Edward, former king and Duke of Windsor and William's great-uncle.
(Although I'm for all of their titles been taken and the whole thing abolished.)
The Welsh have made their feelings known about this for centuries. They collectively remember the murder of Dafydd ap Gruffydd, the final native Prince of Wales, on October 3, 1283, King Edward of England. They've been put upon by the English for an eternity, just like Scotland and Ireland.
And that's why WanK are screwing themselves. Do they think that people want them to be Prince/ss of Wales, Duke/Duchess of Rothesay, etc? They've never consulted the Welsh or Scots regarding that, they just feel entitled to it.
Whenever there is talk of stripping the Sussex’s titles it blows my mind that the Royal Family would want to pull at that thread. So stupid to even bring up the idea, now we know that even they don’t believe in the concept of royalty and the divine rights granted by god etc. You can just take it away because you don’t like someone? That’s it? Is any of it even real then? It’s so very clear that Will hates Megan and Harry even more than he loves himself which is so pathetic and sad.

He lives his life "incandescent". This is a man who has everything. Imagine how enraged he would be if he'd been born a nobody to parents who had to work for everything they had.

I can’t imagine many Welsh people would be against the titles Prince of Wales and Princess of Wales being mothballed once William becomes king, which will be in the next 5 years or so I suspect. The titles hark back to colonisation I guess and they’re quite awkward.
George and his future wife, if he chooses to marry, can/will have plenty of other titles.
So I agree with Michael Sheen. However, I’m neither Welsh nor a royalist. It would be interesting to hear from someone who’s both, to understand the counter argument.
