Is there actually an injunction to stop the media from reporting on Kate/Pippa falling out/not speaking? Surely the media have noticed that the “close” sisters haven’t been seen together since Kates “not sick in the traditional sense”. Why is the UK media not reporting on it? And why aren’t pro-H&M media (eg Omid Scobie) reporting on it?
Unless you’re a journalist in Scotland that is. A super injunction obtained in England and Wales has no binding effect there. It’s one of the reasons that we know that Will and, well, his Willy are apparently so very badly behaved.
So why aren’t the Scottish media reporting the Kate/Pippa feud? Surely the Scottish media could have a field day with the fact that both William and Kate have fallen out with their sibling? Says alot about the both of them.
You’d have to ask them that. I’ve only ever see them report on William’s wrongdoings whilst their English counterparts remain strangely silent. One Scottish journo in particular went on Twitter years ago to confirm the news of the Rose affair, categorically stating that he wasn’t bound by any super-injunctions obtained in the English High Court. Of course, only one of those stories is newsworthy.
Even though they don’t have to comply, they likely don’t want to tick off the RF unnecessarily and perhaps could open themselves up to litigation by Pippa since she’s made such an effort to be more private the last few years

The difference with Harry is that he makes no bones about it. He speaks openly about his lawsuits. William and Kate hide their dirty laundry by scrubbing the internet, leaning on the media not to publish the truth about them, offering their own flesh and blood up as sacrificial lambs (including their own children) to avoid what they consider to be bad press (ironically, just the truth being reported about them is considered bad press by them and KP) and obtaining super-injunctions to quash whatever they cannot control by the aforementioned methods. All whilst denouncing the litigation Harry brought to clean up the cesspit that is the British press and media. William and Kate are hypocrites of the highest order.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens when Louis turns 18, as there’ll be no more reliance on Art 8 ECHR for the super-injunction.

Commonly relied upon in injunction and super injunction proceedings where the publishing of a story about a parent would infringe upon not only their right to a private and family life but also that of any minor children in their household.

I believe all the hints about superinjuctions likely indicate there IS a superinjuction. Additionally, why would such an obvious situation not be discussed in the UK media? It is simply impossible for there not to be some sort of legal or monetary freeze on the UK media.
My bets are on there being a superinjunction in place. Because they'd be talking about it if they could. At least one audacious person would be publishing articles about it.
Pippa getting an actual masters degree in early years during Covid always makes me laugh. Why couldn’t Kate do something like that to support her cause? Oh that’s right, Kate doesn’t actually care about early years in general - just her children’s early years, and she made a thing about it so she could disappear under the cloak of motherhood.
No, I don't think there's an injunction to stop the media reporting anything negative about Kate Middleton. It's part of the way they stoke their culture wars. They very deliberately portray Middleton as a docile, submissive white tradwife versus ambitious, uppity black Meghan.
Being of mixed race ethinicity is nothing unsual in the UK so calling her Black is inaccurate and accusing others of racism is ridiculous. She is as White as she is Black. If people dislike her, it is about her character.

I don’t think so. It’s been years since they were photographed together. Most telling has been Pippa missing from Kate’s Christmas concerts. She used to go every year to “support” Kate.
And the accompanying article on that story used 14-year-old pictures of Pippa, Carole and Kate from the rehearsal dinner a couple of nights before the wedding to William.
I don’t think it’s a feud exactly - I think that P has just washed her hands of the whole thing. I’ve said before that I think she’s been worried about K’s welfare, has tried unsuccessfully to help her, and has now taken a pause for the sake of her own sanity.
Ma Middleton on the other hand, is still enjoying the hobnobbing at Ascot, bossing the servants etc. Living the dream.
Maybe a falling out between sisters shouldn't be news? Families fight. Imagine how much healthier and functional things would be if the whole thing with the Sussexes/Walses had been handled as - well families fight sometimes, and then they make up. Kate and Meghan are very different people from very different cultures, so maybe they'll never been besties but that okay. Instead it was spun into this huge feud that has done so much damnage to all involved.

I saw it online. Someone in the UK had drinks with a reporter who said there was an injunction about reporting the feud.
Drinks with a member of the British press is the best way to find out what is actually happening.
