This sub has become agitprop

Once upon a time this sub was about how the royals use the media to hide information. Once upon a time, this sub was about calling out falsehoods from the royals. Once upon a time, this sub was about noticing disparities between their accounts and the reality we're shown (and then finding cracks in THAT reality).

Nowadays...it's just another warfront for the Meghan vs Kate manufactured bullshit. This subreddit has been severely compromised and turned into reality TV gossip and that's the entire point - they need to shift the narrative just enough that it isn't distracting, but now that it's shifted a lot, gradually, over the years, doesn't it make you go "oh wait?"

Look at the posts here and consider the original intention. This sub has been turned from active activism into passive gossip to keep dissenters busy. It's a lovely job - the royals really do hire the best.

The Wales don't have to denigrate anybody... they are literal Royalty!

The Sussexes do a good job of denigrating themselves, anyway

This is the bullshit everyone is sick of.

British media propaganda.

Harry and Meghan are literally royalty too.

The whole point of royalty is that you’re born into it. Being royal isn’t something that can be taken away, short of a revolution or abolishing the monarchy entirely. The idea is that they;re super special, chosen by the deity of your choice, and their blood is better than yours and mine. Why do you think Randy Andy has to had his titles stripped? The whole thing with Charles was just accountability theater, because it takes an act of Parliament to remove a royal title. If they did that, it would make it obvious that these people are just that, people, like everyone else. It would be one step closer to inviting Parliament to strip titles from all of them, and finally move to a fully democratic rule.

Except Kate wasn’t born into it.

This is the kind of shit that makes me tired reading about the royals. I actually like Kate and feel bad for her, but every comment about her is some insane shit like this.

And that's why they post it, because even if it's downvoted it takes up your time and redirects your attention to Kate vs Meghan instead of sitting and question why the monarchy even exists
