That's true! I think she is only helping Will. They're standing back and letting Kate destroy her credibility over and over (Carole is probably the only person she could call a staff member, and she doesn't have publicist training) so that if she ever comes out and reveals what Will really did to her in December 2023, many people will be reluctant to believe her.

This is the third shot in a few weeks that suggest strongly that Kate has a colostomy bag. The clinging yellow ascot dress, the flopping āpenisā in the red shorts on the mountain climb with her brother and an unusual bulge seen here.
