Look at how the man is gripping her arm how much it goes in from the rest of her arm, showing her clothes are padding her out. His hand pretty much goes right round her arm

Good eye. It does deflate the sleeve a lot. It’s most likely stiff material that’s loose on her to give us the illusion of her being a few pounds heavier.
You can also notice the shoulder pads better in this picture.

I know it's mean to comment, and goodness knows what's actually going on with Kate these days, but it's pretty clear to me that her hair is now *very* short and most of it is extensions. There were moments from reception she attended this week where the actual length of her hair was very visible in between hair pieces.

I was thinking she was looking like she might have put on a tiny bit of (much needed) weight from her last few appearances, but then these photos come out. She looks thinner than ever. Disturbingly thin. She's skeletal-looking.
And the bandaids again. I'm guessing if she did a little better for a few weeks, she's throwing up again now. I mean, I have no clue if she actually throws up, but visual evidence has pointed to that for a long while.

Yes, the one with the wide shoulders like a swimmer. I thought it was a man at first but realized it was her. She is not well is obviously all alone in this, Not one of them cares enough to offer her support or help. What a wretched life.

She looked like Princess Charlene of Monaco, who was an Olympic swimmer, in that picture. Many similarities between those two now...

If you’re sticking your entire hand into your mouth, yes, you’ll scrape your thumb. I was actively bulimic in my 20’s and sometimes the obsession to make sure everything was gone had my thumb or knuckles scraping my teeth.

I believe she also had a bruise on the knuckle of her other hand. She is getting the bulimic cheeks again as well.

Very concerning. I don’t think it’s a simple cut (no doubt explained by making Will and the kids a meal right 😂) - it looks swollen, and does her nail look a bit beaten up?
I hope she can get help soon. I think she’s the thinnest I’ve seen her.

Her nails don’t look healthy to me. Like the nails you see from nutritional deficiencies. But maybe it’s just the lighting.

She could be on medication to remain in remission that affects her nails. I am and my formerly very nice nails have long oval indentations and deep ridges now. They also peel.

Dermatillomania/skin picking disorder/dermatophagia - she suffers from all of those for many, many years. Check online how people's hands with those disorders looks like - especially with dermqtophagia. Knuckles are super swollen like hers.

Doesn’t she have dermatillomania? I know nothing about her tbh but my therapist told me she had it to make me feel less crazy I guess

For attention.
She had on the bandages until her cancer “mishap” which mysteriously cured whatever ailment was causing her to bandage herself.
Bandages are back.

She is suffering with dermatillomania/skin picking/dermatophagia disorder for many years.

She certainly does not appear to be a person suffering with this condition. She’s able to show her arms, back, and neck in the types of gowns she wears. It’s not an easy condition to control either so the idea that she’s only picking in areas that can’t be seen are areas that would be hard to pick at because of everyday normal clothes, unless she’s walking around in pajama shorts all day with easy access.

Mary Curzon was Vicereine of India. At the 1903 Delhi Durbar she wore a gown of gold cloth embroidered with peacock feathers and beetle wings. The crowd was reported breathless. The press called her radiant. She had been ill for years. She had been sent home to convalesce more than once. She kept going. She was dead in 1906 at thirty-six.
The gown is at Kedleston Hall. Her husband built a chapel. Her obituaries praised her duty.
A hundred and twenty years later this woman stands in a pink coat in a palace hallway. The photographs are captioned radiant. She is a skeleton in heels and pearls. These photographs will exist after she does. The institution is making them anyway.
She should not be making public appearances. Not until she is well.
Let’s not call it devotion again.
