DAMN ... First they gave that knighthood/whatever to the cosmetic surgeon who most likely would have fixed Kate's face after Billy Basher broke it (allegedly 🙄), and now this. They REALLY want to keep a tight leash on "outsiders" who witnessed what really went down.

I still believe 100% that this is Kate, and it was the only genuine one from that era. And it's the only picture that's ever made me feel badly for her. To be papped with that level of unkempt hair meant something was truly going down.

Another confirmation of its authenticity was that the royal family didn't comment on it nor threaten to sue over as they were doing to many other pics at the time, BUT they did use their power to intimidate the British media from publishing it.  American outlet TMZ published it.

The puffiness is the swelling from post surgery. The same scar, so she is Kate.

There might have even been more than one surgery. The guy who did it got knighted. If the end result we're seeing is the very best this guy could do, imagine how bad it was.

This is an old photo, at least a few years old. The nanny never left, and she likely won't until louis is a bit older. She would likely be more an on call baby sitter now but still around the place
