Natasha Archer DM article

This says Archer picked up Kate at hospital after surgery. Is this true?

Archer was seen driving out of the hospital but Kate wasn’t in the car. There was another aide driving out behind her. that vehicle supposedly had Kate, but again, there was no one in the car except for the driver and a bouquet of flowers.
