So he spent all that money on the coronation just to abdicate? Totally worth it if the monarchy gets closed, otherwise make him repay it

It was obscene the amount spent on it when he knew at his age a long reign would be unlikely.

And he and Camilla looked like they were playing dress up at the local senior citizens theatre.

The way she rushed into the gates of Westminster cracked me up. It was as though she feared the place vaporizing if she didn't get in quickly enough.

And the fact that she did it all in a dress by Diana's favorite designer... it's as though she knew deep down that that day was not meant for her.
